Who processes your data

This policy applies to nmvt.cz and to the property websites we run at *.nmvt.cz or on domains provided for agents.

Enquiry form and email

When you contact us, we process your name, email and, if provided, phone, listing link, chosen plan and message. We use them only to reply and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to a contract).

The message is delivered by the email service Resend to our mailbox at Seznam.cz. We do not store it on the web server. We keep enquiries while handling them and for no longer than 12 months after the last contact; if an order follows, invoice data is archived as required by accounting and tax law.

Hosting

The websites run on a Hetzner Online GmbH server in Germany and are delivered through the Cloudflare network. They process technical data (IP address, browser type, request time) to deliver the page and protect it from attacks – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may also receive network error reports (NEL) from your browser. Logs are kept only as long as needed for operation and security.

Visitor statistics

Only on nmvt.cz we use Cloudflare Web Analytics – without cookies, profiling or cross-site tracking; we only see aggregate visit counts. Property websites are not measured at all.

Property websites

Property websites use no cookies and no tracking tools. Google Maps, YouTube video and Matterport 3D tours load only after you click; only then is your IP address shared with these services under their privacy policies.

Agent contacts (phone, text, email) lead directly to the agent or agency, who process the data you send them as an independent controller.

Cookies

Neither nmvt.cz nor the property websites use cookies, so no consent or cookie banner is needed.

Transfers outside the EU

Resend, Inc. and Cloudflare, Inc. are US companies. Transfers rely on EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to object. Just write to info@nmvt.cz. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
